Anita de Jong has extensive experience in both corporate law and employment law. She previously worked at international law firms, including Baker McKenzie and Hogan Lovells, where she headed the Employment practice for several years.

In 2026, Anita joined Palthe Oberman Advocaten as a partner. Within this specialist employment law practice, she advises and litigates on behalf of both employers and employees. 

Anita advises and litigates on a wide range of employment law issues, with a focus on:

  • The legal status of directors appointed by the articles of association;

Anita studied law at Utrecht University and completed the postgraduate programme in Labour, Business & Employee Participation at the University of Amsterdam.
