Thomas joined Palthe Oberman as a legal assistant in November 2024 and as a lawyer in September 2025. He studied law at Utrecht University and obtained a master’s degree in employment law from the University of Amsterdam.

Thomas is a pragmatic and enthusiastic lawyer. In his spare time, he is also a big sports fan and a professionally certified bartender.

Thomas is involved in:

• All issues relating to employment law.
• Advising on (individual) dismissal, reorganisations, co-determination, (corporate) fraud and employment law in a broad sense.
