On 11 September 2018 L&E Global presented its webinar The impact of Brexit on your EU workforce, as part of an L&E Global webinar series.
The session focused on the impact of Brexit on immigration and free movement rules for EU nationals. The speakers set out an overview of the UK’s plans for a 3 phased implementation of a new immigration system, applications which EU employees may wish to submit now, an overview of the UK’s planned transitional arrangements post March 2019 and a glimpse into what the new rules for EU nationals might look like in the UK. Also, the immigration implications of Brexit for British nationals were explained.
