Rob van Eldik is an experienced lawyer appreciated by his clients for his personal and pragmatic approach. With his international experience in private practice and as in–house counsel, he has a good eye for his clients’ business needs.

Rob advises on: 

• Individual and collective dismissal matters and restructurings;
• Litigation, including (violation of) confidentiality obligations, non-solicit and non-compete restrictions;
• Employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including transfer of undertaking (TUPE);
• Guidance on employee consultation procedures, involving works councils and trade unions;
• Post transaction closing harmonization and integration;
• C-Level executives and senior management.

Rob is affiliated with Palthe Oberman as a partner since 2025. He studied law at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Rob has registered employment law as his area of law with the Dutch Bar Association’s register of areas of law.
