Manon Lucassen can be described as determined and committed to her clients. In addition to employment law, she has experience in criminal law. 

Manon is involved in: 

• All issues relating to employment law.
• Advising on (individual) dismissals, reorganisations, non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, (corporate) fraud and employment law in a broad sense.

She joined Palthe Oberman as a legal assistant in July 2020. And has been with the firm as a lawyer since early 2021. She studied employment law and criminal law at the Vrije University in Amsterdam (cum laude).

Manon played tennis at the elite level.  She is a qualified sports trainer and a passionate kickboxer in her free time.
