On 25 September 2018, our partners Christiaan Oberman and Karol Hillebrandt provided a masterclass on employment law at the congress to celebrate the 100th year anniversary of the Journal of the Dutch Bar Association.
They discussed, among other things, recent case law on part-time dismissal and the potential far-reaching consequences thereof, the complexities in legal proceedings against summary dismissal on appeal and they discussed the government’s plans for changes in Dutch employment law.
