Hester Kernkamp  is an experienced employment law counsel and former attorney-at-law.

Hester is involved in:

• All aspects of employment law.
• Representing both national and international organisations and employees.
• Advising on and guiding reorganisations.
• Advising and litigating on employee co-determination, individual and collective dismissal cases, workplace privacy and employment contracts (non-compete clause, study cost clause, etc.).

Hester has been affiliated with Palthe Oberman as a legal counsel since 2023. She was previously an attorney-at-law at CMS and Loyens & Loeff, among others.
