Last Friday, Karol Hillebrandt was one of the speakers at the seminar ‘Employment and labour complications in due diligence investigation and acquisition‘ in Paris. Together with a Spanish and an Italian colleague, Karol discussed the difficulties of Collective Bargaining Agreements and the role of works councils in mergers and acquisitions. The seminar was organised by the Labor Law Commission of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA). Parallel a seminar was organised by AIJA’s Mergers and Acquisiton (M&A) Commission.
