Lisa Smit can be described as committed, incisive and practical with a human approach. 

Lisa is involved in: 

• All issues relating to employment law.
• Advising on (individual) dismissal law, reorganisations, triangular relationships in the employment context and/or employee issues and other employment law issues in a broad sense. 

She joined Palthe Oberman as a legal assistant in November 2019 and as a lawyer in March 2022. She studied law and notarial law at Leiden University and also spent a semester studying at Charles University in Prague, after which she pursued the master’s degree in employment law at the Vrije University in Amsterdam. It marks her broad educational foundation.
