In addition to employment law (including a specific focus on workplace fraud), Marcus deals with disputes within partnerships and cooperatives, including in the healthcare sector.<\/p><p>Marcus is involved in:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li>Representation and advice in disputes concerning breach of non-compete clauses (and unlawful competition), non-solicitation and non-disclosure clauses;<\/li><li>Evidence gathering and seizure, for the purpose of workplace fraud investigations and integrity investigations;<\/li><li>Advising national and international companies;<\/li><li>Advising family businesses;<\/li><li>Advising (members of) partnerships and cooperatives;<\/li><li>Advising boards and managers;<\/li><li>Advising executive and supervisory boards.<\/li><\/ul><p>Marcus has been affiliated with Palthe Oberman as a founding partner since the firm\u2019s inception. Christiaan studied at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Exeter (GB) and completed two post-doctoral programmes: Grotius Insolvency Law (1996) and Grotius Employment Law (2005).<\/p><p>Marcus regularly publishes in various media and gives lectures and courses on employment law, fraud and evidence seizure.
